Description
Kenyon Cottages is a group of three flats arranged in an E-plan, featuring single-storey widow's cottages on the east and west sides, connected to a two-storey labourer's cottage in the center. The design reflects a vernacular revival style. The buildings are constructed with a timber frame and whitened brick nogging, resting on a brick plinth. They have a clay tiled roof and three red brick chimney stacks. The date "1892" is carved into the tie-beam on the front elevation of the western cottage. The entrances to the widow's cottages are located on the side elevations, and the windows are wooden casements with small panes, primarily in three-light configurations.
