Description
A row of three cottages dating from the late 19th century, forming part of a planned estate village. The cottages are built with red brick in an English garden wall bond, with blue brick detailing, timber framing, rendered infill, and stone dressings. The front of the cottages, facing the road, features a central entrance door. To the left of the door are three three-light casement windows, and to the right, a single-light window, with a gabled wing projecting to the left, containing a three-light ground-floor window. A string course of rubbed brick runs along the front. Above, there are three two-light windows. The right-hand gabled wing has an overhang displaying timber framing and pargetted (ornamental plaster) infill. There are two ridge stacks with six and four flues respectively.
