Description

Horse Shoe Cottage is a cottage dating to the 1850s, built as part of a planned estate village. It is constructed of red brick in a random bond pattern, with a slate roof. The cottage is single-storeyed. The front elevation features a doorway with a cambered head, positioned to the left of centre. To the left of the door is a four-light mullioned window with arched lights. Other windows include a two-light window and a three-light window. The roof has two ridge stacks, each with a single flue.
