Description
The Coachman's House is a single-storey building constructed of red brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It features two sets of red brick chimneys with paired diagonally set flues rising from stone parapets. The elevation facing the drive has a gabled design with shaped bargeboards, a finial, and decorative brackets. On the left side, there is a door, while on the right side, there is a two-light mullioned window with diamond-pane glazing. The right-hand return also has two sets of paired mullioned windows similar to the front. The rear and left-hand return have some replaced windows. The interior was not inspected during the 1996 survey, as refurbishment was taking place at that time.
