Description
Dodman's is a 2-storey building from the 18th century, featuring a rendered front over brick and timber framing at the rear, with slate roofs throughout. The structure has a 2-bay range that runs parallel to the street, accompanied by a long rear wing. The shop front includes a central doorway and a passage entry to the left. There are two upper windows, which are now fixed lights with small panes. The eaves have a plain parapet, and the roof is steeply pitched.
Inside, the gable walls reveal close studding and cambered trusses, with some timbers showing traces of wall-painting. The rear wing also has exposed square panelled framing.
