Description

The Sun Inn Public House is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey building featuring a wide front with two windows. The first floor is roughcast, while the ground floor is made of rubble. It has a slate roof and a pebbledash chimney stack on the right side. The right side of the building has rusticated quoins, and there is a continuous cill band that connects with No 47. The sash windows do not have glazing bars; the ground floor windows have frosted glass with broad margins, and there is a broad half-glazed central entrance with double doors. The right gable end is mostly rubble, with later red brick surrounds added to the first-floor windows.
