Description

45 Regent Street is an early 19th-century Georgian building that stands three stories tall and features a one-window painted roughcast front with a plinth that includes a cellar opening. The building has a tiled roof, which is partly hipped at the left end where it meets No 43. The front facade includes recessed 12 and 16-pane sash windows, and modern doors are located on either side of the ground floor window. The ground floor also has a rounded left corner. The rear of the building is rendered and has modern windows.
