Description
66 Regent Street is a Georgian three-storey building featuring a broad two-window facade with painted roughcast, quoins, cill bands, and a plinth. The roof is slate with boarded eaves and red brick chimney stacks. The sash windows have lugged architraves, with the first-floor windows consisting of 16 panes, while the ground floor has a fixed glazed window also with an architrave. The house has an off-centre doorway adorned with a cornice, pilasters, and a half-glazed door. To the right, there is a plain shop front with a splayed entrance and a similar door. The left gable is set into the slope and curves inward towards the rear, which features glazed double doors. The rear also includes modern windows and an extension.
