Description

42 Church Street is a two-storey building with a painted roughcast front, featuring a plinth and rusticated stone quoins. It has a slate roof with an eaves band and a broad red brick chimney stack located on the right side. On the first floor, there are two windows, which are offset to the left, while the ground floor has two centrally located windows, mostly consisting of 12-pane sashes, all with margins. To the left, there is a carriage entry with boarded doors set under a cambered opening. The front of the building curves back to the right and includes a round arched entrance that has a keystone and a four-panel door.
