Description
Bell House is a two-storey building featuring a three-window roughcast front and a rubble plinth. The structure has a higher cross-wing on the left and a checked back corner on the right. It is topped with tiled roofs, maintaining the original pitch, and has bargeboards on the left side. The right side has a shallow roof with raised eaves. There is a brick stack with a brickwork cornice and a massive second stack, which is in stages, at the left end. The windows are double-hung sash and case types set in flush frames with glazing bars. There are two doors accessed by steps, and the rear has extensions covered with slate on brick.
