Description

Warden View is a late 18th-century red brick house, faced with blue brick and freestone dressings on the front and Pound Lane elevations. It has a rubble plinth and a slate roof with plain bargeboards, mid-roof brick stacks, headers to the eaves, inset band courses, and quoins. The front has three windows, with a keyblock treatment to the upper lintels and a plain band to the ground floor. The windows are casements with horizontal glazing bars, and are transomed on the lower floors. There are three pilastered doorpieces with four-panel doors leading up steps. The rear elevation retains lozenge glazing.
