Description

Hatchgate Farm House is a late 18th-century house constructed of red brick with blue brick headers and a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high with a symmetrical front featuring brick dentil eaves and end stacks. The house has three bays, with two 3-light 19th-century casement windows on the first floor, while the centre window is blocked. On the ground floor, there are two windows with cambered heads. The central entrance features a planked door set in a moulded surround, topped by an open gable hood. There is a wing extending at right angles to the rear.
