Description
Fellow Green is a former hall house dating from the late 15th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The building features a timber frame set on a rendered dado plinth and is underbuilt in brick, with exposed brick infill above. It has a steeply pitched plain tiled roof with end gablets. The house is two storeys high, with rendered eaves, a front ridge stack located to the right of centre, and a detached offset end stack on the left. The structure has four framed bays and irregular fenestration, including four casement windows on the first floor, with a double window in the centre. There are four casement windows on the ground floor, with one located lower to the right end beneath a single course of pentice tiles. A ribbed door is positioned to the right of centre in a recessed porch, which is covered by a flat hood supported by brackets. At the rear right, there is a lower wing that extends at right angles, along with an extension that is set back at the right end. Inside, the crown post roof and much of the timber frame are visible.
