Description

This is a hexagonal cast-iron pillar box located at St George's Crescent. It features a shallow umbrella-shaped domed top that is decorated with foliage and has beading at the base, along with an oval finial. Above the opening for letters, there is a royal coat of arms. The initials "VR" are applied to the door of the pillar box. The base is moulded and includes the inscription "Cochrane Co".
