Description
Vanguard Mobile Communications and Sefton Mansions is a four-storey building featuring two windows with sash glazing. The exterior is finished in stucco and includes quoins and bracketed eaves, topped with a hipped slate roof on the right side. On the top floor, there is a sash window on the left, while the window on the right has been altered. The second floor has a round-headed sash window set in an architrave with pilasters on the left, and a bow window with three lights on the right, which is supported by Doric pilasters. The windows on the second floor are arched, while those on the first floor are square-headed, with the ground floor altered by a shopfront. On the left side of the first floor, there is a sash window in an architrave with a segmental pediment and Doric pilasters. The ground floor features an open Doric porch with a panelled, half-glazed door, and a modern shopfront to the right.
