Description

3 York Buildings is an early 19th-century building with a stuccoed exterior and a slate mansard roof. It stands three storeys tall with an attic and is one window wide. The first and second floors feature two-storeyed segmental bowed three-light sash windows with glazing bars. There is a flat-roofed attic dormer that also has a sash window with glazing bars set within the mansard. The ground floor has a modern shop front with a very large fascia, which has obscured what was originally a bay window on the first floor, as the building was originally four storeys tall with an attic.
