Description

The Pier Gardens Hotel is a four-storey building with a basement, featuring a two-window front. It is constructed of stucco with a rusticated ground floor and has slate roofs topped with a dentil cornice. The top floor includes two square-headed windows set within architraves, with sash glazing and a string course at sill level. On the second floor, there are two sash windows also in architraves, each with bracketed cornices. The first floor has a tripartite sash window on the right and a splayed bay window on the left that extends down to the basement level, both with sash glazing. To the right, there is a round-headed doorway with an archivolt, accessed by steps that feature iron railings.
