Description

The Wellington Hotel is a four-storey building with a basement, featuring a two-window front. It is constructed of stucco with a channeled ground floor and has slate roofs topped with a modillion cornice. On the top floor, there are two camber-headed windows with sash glazing and a string course at sill level. The second floor has two sash windows set in shouldered architraves with keystones. On the first floor, to the right, there is a tripartite sash window, while to the left, there is a splayed bay window that extends down to the basement level, also with sash glazing. The doorway to the right is round-headed with an archivolt, and it is accessed by steps flanked by piers that bear lamps.
