Description
Lauriston Court is a hotel that stands four storeys tall with a basement and features a two-window front. The building is constructed of stucco with a channeled ground floor and has slate roofs topped with a modillion cornice. On the top floor, there are two camber-headed windows with sash glazing and a string course at the sill level. The second floor has two sash windows set within shouldered architraves that include keystones. On the first floor, to the right, there is a tripartite sash window, and to the left, a splayed bay window that extends down to the basement level, both with sash glazing. To the right, the doorway is round-headed with an archivolt and pilasters, although the cornice is lost, and there are steps with piers leading to the entrance.
