Description
Trevone is a hotel located on St George's Crescent. It is built of stucco with a rusticated ground floor and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall, with a basement and an attic, featuring a five-window front. At the attic level, there is a central dormer with a triangular pediment above paired sash windows, while the outer bays have dormers with semi-circular pediments and single sash windows. A modillion cornice runs along the top, and there is a moulded band course between the cornice and the second-floor windows. The second-floor windows are all 12-pane sashes set in lugged architraves. On the first floor, there are also 12-pane sashes in moulded architraves, with the central window featuring a segmental pediment. Steps lead up to the central doorway, flanked by two sash windows without glazing bars on each side. The basement has modern glazing.
