The building dates from the 19th century and is three storeys high, constructed of stucco with a slate roof. On the second floor, there are two sash windows in architraves, each featuring a bracketed cornice. The first floor has a canted oriel window with sash glazing, while the ground floor consists of shopfronts. The building has lost its cornices over the top floor windows.
