Description

The gate piers, gates, and walls at the entrance to Bodlondeb from Town Ditch Road are notable features. The gate piers are monolithic, square, and stop-chamfered, topped with shallow stepped pyramid caps. The wooden gate features intersecting pointed arches beneath an upper tier of studs and is fitted with strap hinges. To the left, there is a rubble-stone wall with cock-and-hen coping that abuts the lodge.
