Description
27 Berry Street is a 1½-storey cottage that features two windows and is part of a single range with No 29. The front is whitened pebble-dashed, topped with a slate roof, and has a shared roughcast stack on the right side. The entrance is located on the left side, accessed by modern stone steps with an iron handrail, leading to a 20th-century replacement half-glazed panel door. To the right of the entrance is a 3-light small-pane casement window, which has replaced a shallow modern bow window noted in a previous survey from 1975. The cottage also has two gabled half dormers with renewed casement windows. At the back, there is a later rear wing. The property has not been inspected.
