Description

16 Berry Street is a Georgian three-storey house that is single-fronted and part of a nearly symmetrical pair. The front is pebble-dashed, and it has a slate roof with skylights and a roughcast chimney stack on the right side. The openings are offset to the left. The entrance, located on the left side, features a late 20th-century boarded door beneath a segmental arch and a bracketed gabled canopy. The windows, which have been renewed, are four-pane horned sashes and include a central window in the upper storey situated under a gable. The right gable end is made of rubble stone. At the rear, there is a two-storey flat-roof projection and a conservatory. The property has been modernised.
