Description

4 Berry Street is a single-fronted, two-storey cottage that is part of a row with the lower extension of No 2 Berry Street. The differing rear roof slopes indicate that they were built at different times. The front of the cottage features whitened pebble-dash with a black-painted smooth-rendered plinth, architraves, angle pilaster strips, and an eaves band. It is topped with a steep slate roof that has a shared roughcast chimney stack on the right side. The entrance, located on the left, has a boarded door. The windows are 4-pane horned sashes set within architraves, and the lower storey features a pediment above the windows. The rear of the cottage is constructed of rubble stone and has replacement windows. The property has not been inspected.
