Description
This building, known as House and Beyond the Ninth Wave, is a three-storey, three-window shop and house dating from the 19th century. It features a roughcast exterior painted light grey and is topped with a steep slate roof that has shared roughcast stacks.
On the ground floor, there is a replacement shop front that includes central glazed doors and flanking plate glass windows, all set beneath transoms with small-pane upper lights. To the left, there is a replacement glazed house door with an overlight. The fascia has been repainted, and an awning with end brackets is positioned above it.
The first and second floors are adorned with four-pane hornless sash windows, with the windows on the second floor being shorter. Above these windows, the building has steep gables.
The rear of the building is finished in whitened roughcast and features sash windows.
The property has not been inspected.
