Description
This building is a three-storey, one-bay shop and house, constructed with scribed roughcast that is painted white, featuring a slate roof and a roughcast stack on the right side. The ground floor includes a two-light shop window and a recessed half-glazed door to the right, both situated beneath a modern fascia and flanked by pilasters with fielded panels. To the left, the house entrance has a panelled door with flush lower panels and fielded upper panels, topped by a plain overlight. The windows on the upper floors are offset to the right of centre, with a two-light oriel window in the middle storey and a six-pane hornless sash window in the upper storey. The building has not been inspected.
