Description

This building is a three-storey, two-bay shop and house, constructed with whitened render and topped with a slate roof featuring a roughcast stack on the left side. The shop front includes panelled pilasters flanking plate glass windows that have thin transoms. The stall risers are rendered, except for the splayed recess of the shop door, which retains panelled stall risers. The shop entrance features half-glazed doors. On the right side, there is a panelled house door with an overlight, accompanied by pilasters similar to those of the shop. A plain fascia with a cornice runs across the entire front of the building.

The first and second-floor windows are framed with architraves and consist of two-pane horned sash windows, except for a canted oriel window on the first floor to the left, which has a four-pane sash. The shorter second-floor windows are positioned directly beneath the eaves.

The rear of the building is pebble-dashed.

The property has not been inspected.
