Description

This is a 2-storey building that serves as a house, shop, and hairdresser's, constructed from rubble stone with a slate roof and tall 20th-century brick end stacks. The original central entrance features a replacement glazed door and is sheltered by a canopy. To the right, there is a large shop window consisting of 7x3 panes, which is situated beneath a fascia. On the left side, there is a second shop front with a fielded-panel door topped by a narrow overlight, and to the right of this door is a small-pane shop window made up of 4x3 panes, also under a fascia. Both shop windows have basement openings below them that are boarded up. On the upper storey, there are 16-pane hornless sash windows that sit beneath segmental heads. The building has been modernised.
