Description

The gate piers and attached walls at the entrance to Gwysaney are made of square piers constructed from coursed hammer-dressed stone. These piers feature pyramidal caps and broad low moulded finials. The convex flanking walls have saddleback copings and curve outwards, ending with piers that match the main gateway. Additionally, low rubble-stone walls are attached at both ends.
