Description
The gatepiers and low walls at the main entrance to Trawsgoed House date from the 19th century. They feature two octagonal cast-iron piers, each with a neck ring and a moulded octagonal cap. These piers are flanked by low walls that curve in a serpentine shape, constructed from rubble stone with stone coping. The walling is made of squared brown stone, while the coping stones are very long and crafted from tooled grey stone. The end piers are low in height.
