Description

The gate piers and walls to the Lodge date from the mid-19th century. They feature squared cut dry-stone walling and rusticated stone piers topped with weathered and moulded caps. A pair of cast iron gates with decorative cresting is set back from the road. The gates form a terminal plain and measure about thirty feet in length and eight feet in height. The right-hand half of the structure encloses the Lodge.
