Lodge houses. Mid C19. Good ashlar, welsh slate roofs, deep eaves overhang. Lodge to south entry was T-shaped, now doubled to form H block. Original work single storey three grouped openings in recessed arcading with two arched sashes with glazing bars and six panel door under arched plain fanlight, all detailed with classical pilasters, imposts, moulded surrounds and keystones. Smaller rectangular sashes in plat band surrounds on returns. Large extension in pastiche and artificial stone blocks. Northern lodge simple square block, two blind windows south face, as in other lodge, single blind square window east, and large new garage doors west (away from road). Possibly by George Repton who designed the house (now destroyed).
