Description
The stables at Bron Derw are a Grade II listed building, consisting of a cart shed and stable block located at the rear of the house, facing south. The structure is built from local rubble and features a hipped slate roof with broad eaves on the outer bays. It is two storeys high and has three bays, with the central bay set slightly forward.
On the first floor, there is a square-headed window in each bay. The ground floor includes a central cart entrance with a segmental arch and a drip moulding above it. To the left, there is a door and a window, both with deep stone lintels. To the right, there is a boarded sliding door and a nine-pane hornless sash window. At the rear of the building, there is an outshot that accommodates cattle, which includes a shed and a loose box to the east.
