Description
North Llanrwst Station is a single-storey building located on the east platform of the station, dating from the 19th century. It features a low pitched roof with wide eaves, particularly overhanging to the west where it serves as a canopy supported by arch-braced wooden brackets. The roof is covered with sheet material. The walls are constructed of random dark stone rubble with bathstone dressings and a plinth.
Inside, there is a central recessed waiting area that has a broad opening beneath a wooden lintel, which is supported by a central chamfered post and arch braces. A wooden bench is situated at the rear, and the ceiling is boarded above moulded joists, with a herringbone brick floor. The interior sides are partitioned off. The outer bays of the building each contain three-light mullioned stone windows, while both the north and south elevations feature a window at the front.
