Description
The building at Llaethwryd is situated at right angles to the farmhouse and is designated as Grade II. It is constructed of rubble stonework and features a slate roof. The structure has two storeys and is connected to the farmhouse at the corners, with the connection reinforced by a lean-to structure. Extending beyond the northeast gable is a single storey outbuilding. The lower northeast bay includes a carriage arch made of ashlar voussoirs, which forms a depressed three-centred arch, and there are two small windows above it. A central stack is present, and there is a later lean-to addition on the southeast side that links to the first house. The building was not accessible during the inspection in August 1997.
