Description
Pont Ty'n-y-rhyd is a bridge constructed from local rubble stonework. It features a wide-span single-centred arch made of voussoirs, topped with a regulating course that leads up to a central projecting keystone. The spandrels extend to parapets that curve outwards at each end, where they meet square capped piers. The flat parapet copings are secured with iron cramps that are set in with lead.
