Description
Pont y Felin is a bridge constructed from local rubble stone. It features a single segmental arch made with shaped rubble voussoirs, which is sealed by a regulating course. The spandrels are flush, and there is a low flush parapet that is slightly peaked at the center and curves out at the ends. The southwest end of the bridge is reinforced by a buttressing wall and includes a substantial pier. The road continues to the southeast on a raised embankment. The bridge spans approximately 9.1 meters, rises 2.8 meters at the center, and carries a carriageway that is 4.6 meters wide, with parapets that are 45 centimeters thick.
