Description

Ty-newydd Farmhouse is a two-storey stone building with a whitewashed exterior and a slate roof. It has three bays, and the main front faces southwest. The design is approximately symmetrical but slightly offset to the right, featuring a central entrance that leads to a stair hall. The entrance includes a part glazed four-panelled door, which is set within a 19th-century boarded pitched-roof open porch. The farmhouse has sixteen-paned sash windows on both floors, with the window in the main parlour on the right being larger. There are gable stacks on the roof.
