Description
Hen-dy is a two-storey, three-window farmhouse that is symmetrically planned with a central entrance on the southeast elevation. The walls are made of local stone rubble, and it has a slate roof with rendered gable end stacks. The farmhouse features 16-pane hornless sash windows that are slightly recessed, with plastered reveals, slate lintels, and slate sills. The front door is modern and has a rendered surround, replacing an earlier door that had a shallow rectangular fanlight, as shown in early 20th-century photographs. The rear of the building has modern windows.
The interior retains the original layout of two principal rooms with a central stairwell, along with some original details, including six-panel doors.
