Description

The statue of T.E. Ellis is an over life-sized bronze figure standing on a square brown sandstone plinth with a sloped, chamfered base, all set upon a square stone step. The entire monument reaches a maximum height of approximately 4.5 meters, with the statue itself being around 2 meters tall. The plinth features a moulded and dentilated cornice and includes inset limestone relief plaques that represent Cynlas, his birthplace; Aberystwyth, where he was educated; Oxford; and Westminster.
