Description

Caffi'r Cyfnod is a three-storey late Georgian house and shop that is part of a terrace. It is constructed from local rubble and features a slate roof with oversailing eaves, along with end chimneys that have plain cornicing. The shop front, dating from the late 19th century, includes a moulded cornice and flat pilasters that define the openings. There are large plain-glazed windows on either side of a central entrance with double doors and a plain overlight, as well as a further entrance to the far left that is now blocked. The first floor has original unhorned twelve-pane sash windows, while the second floor features six-pane sashes, both with projecting stone sills. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
