Description

Y Siop Fach is a three-storey late Georgian house and shop, built from local rubble with a slate roof and end chimneys featuring plain cornicing. The ground floor openings do not align with the upper floor windows. There is a central entrance with a modern small-pane glazed door and an original 4-pane narrow rectangular overlight. The large flanking windows on the ground floor are 16-pane sashes, while the first floor has 12-pane sashes, and the second floor has 9-pane sashes located under the eaves. All windows have projecting stone sills and rough-dressed stone lintels. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
