Description

Y Gelli is a three-storey late Georgian house constructed from local rubble with a slate roof and rendered end chimneys. It features plain cornicing. The central entrance has a modern door with small-pane glazing and a plain rectangular overlight. There is a wooden gabled porch from the late 19th or early 20th century, which has a segmental arch at the front and a simple spike finial. The house has large 16-pane sash windows on all three floors; the windows on the ground and first floors are unhorned, while those on the upper floor break the eaves and are set within flat-roofed dormers. All windows have projecting stone sills. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
