This is a lifesize statue of Reverend Thomas Charles, dressed in clerical attire. The statue is made of white marble and stands on a tall plinth that features a low-relief depiction of an educational scene. The base includes an inscription. The statue is surrounded by iron railings with spear finials on a low wall.
