Description
Siop Bapur Newydd is a three-storey late Georgian house and shop located on a corner plot. It is built from local rubble and features a slate roof with end chimneys and plain cornicing. The corner of the building is angled and includes an entrance with part-glazed double doors and a narrow rectangular overlight, topped by a hipped roof. The shop windows facing Tegid Street and High Street are plain-glazed, with two on the High Street side having a blind box above. The upper floors have original unhorned sash windows, with twelve panes on the first floor and six panes on the second, all featuring marginal glazing, projecting stone sills, and flat-arched lintels. There is also a secondary entrance with an overlight on the Tegid Street elevation, located to the left. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
