Description

Ken Davies Newsagent is a three-storey late Georgian house and shop, forming part of a terrace. It is built from local rubble with a slate roof and end chimneys, featuring plain cornicing. The shop front, dating from the 20th century, has large plain-glazed windows on either side of an off-centre entrance to the left. On the first floor, there are two Victorian canted wooden bay windows with moulded cornices; the left bay has a dentilated cornice, with 6-pane sashes, while the right bay has plain 4-pane sashes. The second floor also features plain 4-pane sashes. The shop interior has been modernised.
