Description

Small single-storey rectangular building, aligned approximately north-south. Roughly coursed rubblestone with large quoins; slate roof with stones laid over slates just inside verges to gable ends and 2 small ridge ventilators. West side has slightly offset doorway with boarded ventilator; 8-pane windows respectively to left and right, both with slate cills and lintels (left-hand window partly obscured); further boarded door to north gable end in left corner. Lean-to on south gable comprising 2 sheds, each with low door and altered window opening.
