Description
The pigsties at Maes-Caradoc are a low rubblestone structure dating from the 19th century, topped with a shallow-pitched gable-ended slate roof that features ridge ventilators and purple brick coping. The front slope of the roof extends down to create a catslide section along most of the front wall. This section includes two doorways, with a walled enclosure in front that contains slate troughs. There is also a boarded door located at the left gable end of the main section, and a narrow former store on the south gable, which has a boarded door.
