Description
This building is a barn and carthouse located opposite Hafod y Maidd, which includes attached pigsties. It is constructed from local stone rubble that varies in size from large at the bottom to small at the top, and it features a slate roof. The structure has 4 to 5 bays, with two cart entries at either end and a third entry, which was originally higher, in the second bay from the east. There is a storage floor above, which can be accessed via external stone steps on the east gable end. Attached to the south side of the west end is a low stone-built pigsty with a slated roof, which has stone-walled runs on the south side.
